The Android application com.ag38.flasher ('application') does not collect any personal information about its users.

The application does use the CAMERA permissions, but it uses those permissions only to obtain access to the camera's LED flash to send light signals in Morse code. It does not use the camera to obtain, store, or share any images from the camera.

The application does not use any other permissions to personal information of its users.
